Automatic Storage and Retrieval System
The automatic storage and retrieval system(AS/RS)is a stereo automated warehouse system which is a combination of high pallet racks, stacker crane and other automated transmission systems and operation software.
It is extensively applied in manufacturing,logistics industries, such as the warehouse of finished goods and purchased material for large manufacturers, flexible automatic system(FAS),large logistics center and distribution centers, etc.
Shuttle Rack
This is a semi-automatic compact pallet storage system. That use shuttle pallet to move independently within the rack itself, meaning forklift are not need to reach inside the storage lanes.
The shuttle pallet performs all the procedures for storing and extracting pallets simply using a remote controller.
Gravity rolling Rack
Gravity rolling rack adopts a cylinder roller and utilizes the weight of goods to achieve the sliding of the goods. According to real situation, can plan a depth of 5 to 15 pallets sliding channel, but max 30 pallets.
Gravity rack is suitable for storing large quantities of similar goods and is managed conveniently.
Very Narrow Aisle Rack(VNA)
VNA rack is a high-density storage solution, supported by special 3-way forklift truck, can make full use of the warehouse space. There are 3 guiding approach of VNA forklift truck in general:

Double Deep Rack
Double-deep Rack is one location can store 2 pallets in depth, then in 2 direction, can store 4 pallets. Then the storage density is increased. Access to the rear pallets is gained by means of specially “reaching”Fork-Lift-Trucks.
Drive-in Rack
Drive-in rack is designed for storing a large number of similar goods(pallets). Pallets are placed on the supporting rails, which makes possible the high-density storage. The rack system is the most ideal for expensive storage space like cold storage warehouses.
Compared with normal pallet rack, Drive-in racking can roughly double your storage capacity in the same area. Heights can be up to 14meters

Shelf Rack(long span shelf rack)
Long span shelf rack is an ideal solution for carton type storage with manual handling, cost effective and easy to assemble and dismantle. After you moved your warehouse, the shelf rack can be moved together. Also it enables to add or remove levels of shelves and number of units, and according to the different height in different locations of same warehouse, the shelving height can be designed with different height, it will provide max utility of the warehouse space. It’s specially practical for the storage of lost of SKUs and little quantity and frequent logistics flow. Mezzanine Racking System
The mezzanine racking system has multi-tiers of long-span shelving racks, it multiplies the utility of the warehouse storage space and keeping the same features of the ling-span shelving. The multi-tier racking can be made either by steel structure platforms and long span racking self-supported, normally it can be serveral tiers(commonly 2-3 tiers),with walking stairs, handrail and loading gates, etc. It is best for the high-bay warehouse with small goods, manual picking and big storage capacity with many different types, also good for old warhouse renewal, it can improve the storage capacity.
Cantilever Rack
With the cantilever beam, the cantilever rack has simple structure and high load capacity,especially suitable for effective storage and handing of items such as long pipes, bare other similar long-length items.
Using cantilever also puts hard-to-store materials into an orderly storage system where they are more accessible and easier to track. Product and inventory control becomes easily accessible for forklift loading and retrieval. Stored items are presented in a highly visible manner, expediting inventory control.
Mould drawer rack
Mould drawer rackin is used for storing various moulds. Under a drawer plate is a roller track, and above drawer plate is a hand chain block or a crane.
